At SLYME, we aim to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund terms below before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the exclusive nature of our drops and limited inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.

If this applies, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at slymemgmnt@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will assess your claim and offer a resolution (replacement or partial refund) at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, used, or washed items

  • Items not in their original packaging

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if a return is approved.
