Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with SLYME. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

  • Business Days: We operate Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

  • Fulfillment Time:

    • U.S. Orders: Ships out within 5–10 business days.

    • International Orders: Ships out within 7–15 business days.

    • Pre-orders: Ships out based on the date provided.

Fulfillment time is separate from delivery time.

  • Tracking: You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email after purchase and a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details once shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours.

  • Delivery: Delivery time depends on the carrier (USPS/UPS/DHL/FEDEX). Once shipped, we have no control over delivery speed.

  • Delays: Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs (for international orders). We’ll notify you of any major delays.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Responsibility transfers to the carrier after shipment. For issues, contact USPS/UPS/DHL/FEDEX directly.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address. We can’t change addresses once the order is placed.

  • International Duties/Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees. SLYME has no control over these costs.
